Technical Information...
Since I lost this car in an accident prior to building my website I don't have a lot of pictures. So the Celica section is mostly to show you what's interchangeable on the 20R and 22R from 1978-85.  Place your cursor over the corresponding part and year range to get a part number. NOTE: these numbers are CELICA only.

Some notes about certain parts and interchangeability

The 76-77 Oil Pan is listed as Base/ST - 12101-39186, GT - 12101-39156
The 78 Cylinder Head is very much like the earlier Heads, and 78 was the first year for Power Steering.
The 78 Head does not have provisions for a mechanical Fuel Pump.
The 78 Distributor has the vacuum advance on the bottom, thus requiring a P/S Bracket that clears it.
The 79 Power Steering Pump Bracket will not clear a 78 Distributor
The 78 Power Steering Pump Bracket will not bolt to a 79-80 Head, and vice-versa.
The Heater Return line on 75-78 cars returns to the lower Radiator Hose Inlet on the Radiator, not the Front Cover.
The 79 and later Front Cover has a hole for the Heater Return line and needs to be blocked if it is used on a 78 and down Car.
The Double Row Timing Chain can be used on 83-84 Engines if you replace the Cam and Crank Sprocket and Guides.
The 85 Front Cover will not accept the Double Row Chain Conversion from earlier cars, you must use an
LC Engineering kit.
